The director has a very good read on people. He will be very nice about it but knows what he wants. They have a ton of work coming in and need someone who can hit the ground running
Very hectic. Got interviewed for a different role than the one I applied for. Received a rejection email the same day I was invited on-site. People seem nice, but everything feels really disorganized overall.
