Applied online. First I had a 30 min phone screen with the recruiter, then I received a take home coding challenge to build a simple mobile app. Not too difficult honestly if you knew good android development. Also asked for some unit tests too

Coding project to build a simple android app. I didn't know too much android, but I was to build a bare minimum app.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Validic (Durham, NC) in Feb 2015
Interview
Two phone interviews (one screening and one role play exercise), 3 in-office interviews: 1st with CMO, 2nd with CMO & Marketing Managers, 3rd with CEO. Flexible scheduling of interviews and went very smoothly.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Validic (Durham, NC) in May 2016
Interview
Starts with a phone interview with the supervisor. Basic background surface questions. Second interview was with the whole team. More technical in nature but didn't ask too many questions. The company employees seem to really like working there. They didn't seem like they were too eager to fill the position. The followup was by email.
