The entire interview was nice. Most are behavior questions. There are 3 people, one direct supervisor of the job, one HR, and one manager. And we took a tour of the site and lab.

Online application followed by an email with interview questions. That was followed by a phone interview. I was interviewed by a sales rep who was actually walking into a meeting. It was very brief and I never heard back from them. Very unprofessional. I withdrew my application.
