Month long process, first a phone screening, then a virtual interview, then a 3 hour in person interview in rotating groups of 2, a writing assignment, and a proofreading assignment. All to be auto rejected two weeks later. During the in person interviews I was told they had been conducting multiple interviews in previous days and will continue to do so until late the following week. Assuming the decision was made to cut me out of the process early on, not sure why I had to wait two weeks to get the news.
