I had applied from college career website. After 20 days or so, I received an email for telephonic interview. The telephonic interviewer was a senior seismic imaging engineer. He was normal in his conversation and got straight to asking the technical questions. No behavioral questions in the telephonic round.

Attend career fair, scheduled an initial phone screen after less than a week, informed pass the initial phone screen next morning and scheduled second one, now waiting for second phone interview.
