All calls lasted 45 minutes to an hour. There was always amazing feedback & the want to move forward until the business case review.
There’s a statistical test, which I don’t think makes much sense if you’re not in a number based role that they place a lot of merit on. I guess it’s supposed to show how well you’re able to draw conclusions when you don’t have all the answers. Kind of unrealistic, as I would have the data & numbers in front of me, which would allow me to provide a client with an in depth answer. They attempted to pivot me into another role, which would have been multiple interview rounds, because they didn’t think I had enough product knowledge. Overall, I felt as if my time wasn’t respected and they were a bit disingenuous. The feedback I received after the business case study would have been greatly appreciated 2 interviews prior, especially if this is something they all believed to be true prior to setting up that interview.
