Phone call. Not formal. Varies by manager. Have financial goals prepares. Just be honest it's a company that takes anyone with prelisensing the company that I normally use that takes heart.
Straight foward and easy. You’ll know if you want to work for them right after interview. You just have to answer all of their questions to be a real prospect.
