The process is very slow, but it was generally good, and the question gives the opportunity to express your views and thoughts and show them. you will have a personality assessment and record a video then a virtuel interview

Interview
I interviewed over the phone, having to answer many questions first. When I pasted that I was invited to the office where I first had to pass a math test, computer literacy test and a mock customer call test. I then was interviewed by two team leaders. The process may have changed since I interviewed.
