Called up by a headhunter, within a week face-to-face interview was arranged with the hiring manager. it was a long interview with 2 persons. Interviewers were friendly and provided additional info about the position and asked quite a number of questions.

Very weird process. I interviewed with random engineers on the team. I was supposed to interview with other person. Very casual interview and very few relevant questions were asked as if they had already made the decision.

Interviewed at Sandisk out of college. Interviewed didn't seem interested in the call from the beginning. Seemed like they were busy doing something else. Follow up question was about what I was talking about earlier which seemed to confirm they weren't listening.
