I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Overland Park, KS) in Aug 2018
Interview
One phone interview, Two in person interviews. Came in for the third interview and was able to have a short job shadow as well. Interview questions were critical thinking questions that were needing some well thought out answers.

Question 1
What was one of your most stressful situations you were put into? How did you handle it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (Olathe, KS) in May 2009
Interview
Received a call from a company recruiter, held first phone interview with just basic questions about why I thought I would be good with customer service, if I could handle being on the phones all day. We then scheduled a second phone interview which had more "interview" questions... have you ever had to deal with a tough customer etc. etc. After this interview was an in person interview first with the recruiter who talked about benefits and pay, and then with the department manager and a team lead. They asked basic questions about teamwork etc. and talked about training. It has been 3 days, and still waiting to hear the results. Overall very time efficient. For customer service reps, mostly 23-27 y/o males looking to move up into better positions and using this position to get ther foot in the door.
