He called me on the phone and we chatted for a bit of what I had been doing and what my last job was and then invited me to come for a sit down chat and then questioned me and had me sell him a pen and I sold him the box of pens. Lmao
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
