      Interview

Interview with the Israeli manager, then with other team members, after that with the GC and then with HR. All interviews were very calm and friendly. It was a long process but the recruitment team was very responsive throughout.

      Legal Counsel Interview

      18 Jul 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WalkMe

      Interview

Very bad experience, HR phone interview that was just fine, followed by an "home assignment" - Review and revise a contract to represent their interests (probably one of the worst contracts I had the chance of coming across, not one-sided or "standard" - just very poorly drafted). At the begining I had certain reservations with respcet to the nature of such request (which I kept to myself, in order not to sabotage my chances). Not only that, but they requested delivery within 3 days (including the weekend) - worked on it for about 12 hours or so (and if I may say so, did a pretty damn good job), and on the weekend. Didn't even got a phone call back just a generic e-mail stating that "competition for jobs at WalkMe is always strong". I have no problem with rejections but why even bother requesting an "assignment" (which, objectively, the final result was excellent) if you don't think the applicant is a good fit, and further more, why not invite the applicant for an actual interview following it before you decide, given the resources he already invested? Very bad taste and disrespectful. Would think twice if I were to apply to this company based on such exploiting and lousy organizational culture.
