Two interviews is need,at Wal mart if you called back for a second interview most likelly you are hired.after the second Interview,one will be trained for his or her job title.most of the training are done thru Computer CBL.

All of the question is common sense,no hard question at all.
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.

Interview
Fairly good. Easy and basic leadership questions were asked. It was taken by my current manager. No HR round was scheduled, Just a phone call to check my availability for the interview date selecting email.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.
