I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Irving, TX) in May 2021
Interview
They put me through a personality assessment and a coding assessment that were both hard and confusing. The assessment asked a bunch of behavioral questions and personal questions such as "Do you like to work alone or with other people over a heavy project?". The coding assessment was tough and doesn't allow backtracking. I wrote the code and went back to answer a multiple choice question and that erased my code and submitted my test as the time ran out.
