First, you receive a phone screening interview. If you qualify, you go in for a one hour interview with two senior employees. Very easy questions. If you pass the one hour interview, you go into for a second interview, and meet a couple of the current sales people and other staff members. You are encouraged to ask questions. The goal is to make sure you like the job and if you are a good fit for the company.
