Overall the interview was pleasant and easy! A lot of get to know you questions, nothing technical. However I decided to not continue pursuing the company due to a conflict of interest in the company values. Agency is Christian-based and seems to lean very right. Does not take into account DEI, which is something I’m looking for in my company culture.

Phone interview, in person interview with four employees, assessment and presentation, Christianity is definitely present in the office - could be an issue if you aren’t religious or practice a different religion
