The interview process was managed entirely by a recruitment agency rather than the company's internal HR team. There were three technical interview rounds in total, and unfortunately, each round was rescheduled at least twice, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Additionally, three different coordinators were involved throughout the process, leading to a lack of consistency and communication.
While the interview rounds themselves were well-structured and went smoothly, there was no proactive communication from the agency regarding the outcome. I had to follow up multiple times to get any updates, which was disappointing.
Overall, the process could have been more efficient and transparent if it had been handled directly by the company's HR team instead of an external agency.
