Very negative experience. First had a Google Hangout with recruiter that seemed to go well. Next I am asked to go in for an in person interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very pleasant. A few days later I was asked to come in to meet with the recruiter again. She didn't show up until 45 minutes after our appointed time. The staff actually couldn't locate her. I didn't understand the excuse she made, but I told her that I understand that things happen (and I meant it sincerely). We had about 15 minutes left, and she just asked me the very same questions that she had in the Hangout. She then said that I should let her know when I was available for a third, final round interview and that she would schedule it. I emailed her and let her know my availability, as per her request. That and a follow up email were never responded to. I understand that maybe in the end I wasn't what they were looking for. I also understand that everyone makes mistakes. But to not at least follow up with a candidate one way or another after putting them through all that is inexcusable.

I applied online and I had received a request for scheduling my time availability for an initial interview. The initial interview was set up with the recruiter for a Google Hangout session, however, the recruiter never showed as I sat waiting in the Google Hangout session. In emailing the recruiter for the no-show, I was met with a response that did not make any sense in reasoning but led us to eventually rescheduling for the next day. When the rescheduled meeting came around on the following day, again I sat in the Google Hangout with no recruiter showing for the scheduled time. After 5-10 minutes I emailed the recruiter again to see if the meeting was taking place and received no response back. In reading the other reviews on here, maybe it is best to have not even bothered being put through the process. The least you could do is not waste someone's time who is sincerely looking for a career with a company, it is beyond disrespectful.
