Basic questions such as "why do you want to be in this industry", "do you have what it takes to sell mortgages", "why do you think you will excel here?"
Interview was with the Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales. I knew they were going to offer me the job when they took me on a tour of the facilities. Took me to all departments funding, underwriting, processing, accounting, sales, Executive row etc.
They were looking for someone to ask questions back, show some fire and passion with these guys.
