I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WebFX
Interview
After submitting the application, I was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes and had basic interview questions - they seemed to just want to have a conversation with you to get a feel for your personality. Then there was a written interview, which was easy. Some questions were repeats of the phone interview questions. I was then brought in for an in-person interview about a week later. Standard interview questions, more in depth than the phone interview. I was also given skills tests such as proofreading, spellcheck, and some sort of logic standardized type test.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WebFX in Aug 2020
Interview
It is a long and time-consuming process, as everyone has said. There's a simple phone interview followed by a written interview which you have 48 hours to complete. Because of coronavirus, my next two interviews were virtual via Google Meets, but typically these would be in person. Prior to the first video chat interview, but after the written interview, I was sent 3 personality tests to complete. The first video chat interview was more conversational. It was clear they were trying to get more of a sense of my personality than of my previous job experiences. It lasted about an hour. For the next interview, I had to prepare a presentation about my values and then was asked questions about my previous work experience and more questions to try to get a better grasp on my personality and how I handle various situations. This interviewer was not as conversational or friendly as either of my previous two, but was still nice. Immediately following the interview, I "shadowed" someone which was a little bit awkward to do virtually. these two steps took about an hour and a half. The questions weren't necessarily hard but it is clear they are picky about who they hire.
