Un primo colloquio online di un’ora con HR Manager, un secondo colloquio online con il direttore commerciale, un eterno e quarto colloquio di persona in ufficio con HR locale e direttore commerciale, e dicono che gli step sono stati tutti fatti e mi faranno sapere. Non sono stata selezionata, ma posso entrare in gara per un’altra posizione simile.
Colloquio in inglese online con la responsabile di funzione, preparazione di un business case da presentare in un altro colloquio, altro colloquio online di un’ora in inglese per presentare il lavoro.
Tutto ciò in un mese.

Fast process without relevant questions asked. Interview process steps weren't clarified much. Talent recruiter looked a bit inexperienced. Overall, the conversation felt rushed and lacked technical depth regarding the specific role.

Interview
The interview process was efficient, thorough, and interviewers were so intentional in all rounds. My sales recruiter was amazing! Not only was the entire process seamless but the recruiter made sure I was set up for success and felt comfortable to ask questions/address concerns in every stage. I had a total of 4 rounds + reference check. The presentation exercise was refreshing and felt fair for the candidate to exemplify their sales experience, acumen, and tap into their strengths.
