Sort of dull. The interview person didn't seem enthused about the interview or position. She talked really face and often had an attitude if I asked her to repeat the question.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
