Interview
Applied online, they called mi interview on phone then one on one.questions were good. I was interviewed by two people at same time each one asking questions back to back.
There is a phone interview with the recruiter, a Gallup survey and then the final interview. It was an easy process to navigate. They did not ask many questions. None were trick questions.

Interview
The interview wasn't in my opinion an interview. At least it didn't seem like such. The atmosphere was laid back. I was interviewed by a supervisor and manager of the department. They both seemed happy to work at Wellstar. Interview was very smooth. I was interviewed in October 2016 and got an offer December 2016.
