Interview
Was interesting and amazingly simple. Allowed me to plan ahead. Also allowed me to connect with the employer and dicsuss salary. Also allowed me to find a way to work around a busy schedule.
Easy interview, very quick with singular manager. We went over past experience, what shifts I'd be willing to work, and different common knowledge. Overall easy and not many tasks. Onboarding is similar, a lot of videos.
Personal. Just walk in they made time for me and we went over what they were looking for and then they asked me about previous work which I didn't have and they said that wouldn't be a problem.

One on one interview and phone call. At the store location. Was very easy, have to try to not get accepted. Great summer job and customer service practice. Be prepared for basic questions
