I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WestRock (Norcross, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I got to interview with the manager over the recycling department. He was very nice and just went over the company history and values. Then he asked questions about my background and my customer service experience. Customer Service is very important for this position so make sure you emphasize that on your experience.

Recruiter was very kind and timely in responses, manager was also very kind and professional. Did not accept offer due to low salary at 45k.

Interview
I applied through Indeed about 1 day later I received a call from one of their internal recruiter. Typical screening call, asked about what brings me to the job hunt and wanted to know my background. After that the recruiter reached out to the specific location set up an onsite interview in about 4 days. The onsite interview was very good, met with an HR coordinator to talk about the company and was like a 2nd screening. Then met with the customer service manager and business development manager wanted to know a lot about me and my background. Overall was a very positive experience.
