What would I do if a customer was complaining that they did fill the gas back up and only had a few short minutes before the missed their flight to discuss the issue at hand .

First would try to explain to them our policies and the reason as to why were saying this . If that didn’t work reach out to management for help. If that wasn’t an option then give them the customer service number to discuss further.
