Very repetative process and inefficient use of time. Up to four interviews with none in person. Interviewers complained about having to be in office x3 days a week and did not seem aware of the same questions previous interviewers had asked. Not personal at all and recruiter seemed overwhelmed and confused. She sent out declined email when I was set up to move on to upper level interviews.
