Multi-interview process. First round you meet with a representative and go through your resume, describe experiences and background; very standard screening. If they decide to move you forward, you will be asked to do a take home assignment and depending on whether they like your work they'll decide to give you a second interview or not. I believe there is at least one more interview after the second interview.
