Why do you think customer service is important?

I mentioned that a food shop is a weekly routine event and needs to be a positive one and good customer service is one of the main elements in the customers experience. I specifically mentioned elderly people and the fact some of them many not see many people on a daily basis, so you need to be a friendly and welcoming face for when they come into the store.
- Also, you don't want to feel like you're being an inconvenience if you need help, employee needs to be friendly and be happy to help.
