Pre-Interview: Fill-out questionaire
During Interview - Read description of the job to see if you truly want the job. The interviewer was incredibly open and honest about the company. They do want to know where you desire to go within the company. You can go as far as you want and you do have to work for it. Benefits are fantastic, full coverage for the whole family. Another good perk: Having a degree can take you even farther in the company too.

What would you do if you had a customer who walked up to the counter and asked for a fresh and cooked batch of meat, but you already had it cooked and it has only been sitting in the case for 10-15min?

Interview
Went into the office space above the store and was asked the most basic interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, resolving conflict, previous similar experience. Got a call back 2 hours after the interview with an acceptance and first day procedure.

Mostly situational and asked if I had any questions. Really basic interview but make sure you do a little research about the position and company beforehand. Think it was a turn-off that I didn’t ask any questions.
