First there was a screening with HR, then this was followed up by an in person interview. The interview process was pretty easy; however, I was well qualified for the position so there was not too much to talk about. I was slightly concerned with the lack of a business plan for moving the company forward and investing in new technology. I'm not sure the CEO comprehends where the company ranks in its skill level compared to competitors and seems to lack and overall vision of how to grow the company.
