After submitting my application, I got a link for a chat interview via my email. I finished the chat interview on Sapai and then got an invitation for a video interview straight away after submitting my answer to Sapai.

Apply online via WOW Careers, Did an Ai interview then got an email to do a video interview where you have to record yourself answer 5 questions. After that I got an offer.

Interview
It wasn't too bad, manager was nice, the questions was fairly straightforward. It was a group interview, you have to make sure that you stand out from the rest while trying to compete for the same position.
