First call is with a person from HR. Very engaging phone call where you will learn a lot about Workiva and the work culture. Second call is a video interview with the hiring manager where you go deeper into your background. Not really any difficult interview questions. I really enjoyed feeling like I was talking to a friend. I felt at ease and comfortable with the manager. Next step is a technical interview.
