Interview
The interview process involves resume screening, phone screening, one or more behavioral interviews, role-play scenarios, communication skill assessment, and sometimes a final interview with the manager before a job offer.
The interviewing process was alright. Nothing explicitly above or below average. It was three rounds in total, including a quick intro call at the beginning. I declined the job offer in the end.
