so its a 3 stage interview process Initial interview Technical focused interview with the Software engineering lead Final Cultural interview It was a breath of fresh air, each interview was set with clear expectation and you get the sense that they just genuinely want to know if you're a good fit which seems weird since that should always be the objective but some other interviews are just trying to catch you out.
