Pretty relaxed: toured the site then short in-person interview. Also, they didn't get annoyed when I saw a bird outside and pointed it out. Questions were about what you already know about YHA and the site, why you want to work there, what hobbies you have (to make sure you would actually be okay living there), and a little about your plans. (didn't even make me pretend I know what I want to do after university!)
