Applied in October. Got a call at the end of November. Did reference check first and then zoom interview followed by an hour of shadowing on the unit . Overall it was a good experience.

Apply online, no employee referral, phone screen interview if pass then move on to the next level to be schedule to meet with the hiring manager it’s second interview either in person or virtual. ( Conducting virtual interviewing because of Covid) interview last for 30minutes.
