I have mixed feelings about the process. I received an email after applying online that my application had been sent to a hiring manager. The individual contacted me with a calendar invitation to a meeting. NOTE: there is a phone number to call in with an access number in the calendar invitation. Our meeting was scheduled for approximately one week later. The interview itself was very positive. However, despite my following through with the HR requested followup, it's been radio silence.
