Questions were asked about work experience, strong and weak point's about myself, what I would do in different situations. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. I got a tour of the work place, talked with current employees and asked them questions.

It was an interactive interview. Pleasant, to say the least. I knew the folks since I was working at the hospital already in a different department. So it was more of an internal transfer
