Interview
First interview is an hour long video interview. Not thrilled with that, but okay whatever. During that interview, they let me know that there are 2 additional hour video interviews one with VP of Engineering and some with tech team members and then one final 3-4 hour group panel video interview.

Interview
two phone screens with founders. Then a take home coding assessment. Then a 4 hour virtual onsite. After that I was given an offer and accepted. Then they talked to my references (whom I trust) and rescinded offer.
