It was pretty unorganised, they told me i had an interview on monday morning and then decided to ghost me until tuesday night where they sent me a link to a zoom meeting for that Wednesday morning with no time for me to prepare or change things to my schedule.

What way did you handle a bad experience with a customer prior to this interview
Had a phone interview with one of the managers briefly asking questions like 'tell me about yourself and then invited for a f2f interview with a store manager for a pretty chill casual interview
Easy, really simple questions about yourself, more like a chat with a colleague than an interview. Might ask questions about yourself CV or previous retail shop floor experience. That’s all really.
