Interview
It was lengthy but I felt it was necessary. It had initially started with a phone screening. Later I was invited to interview with my direct manager and while I was there I was also interviewed by the department supervisor and director as well as a peer.

Question 1
They will ask you a series of questions... they mainly want to make sure your personality is at par with the rest of the department's.
There was a phone interview first with the recruiter, and then interviews with 3 other people (manager, and 2 team leads). Normal situational questions were asked, overall a good interview experience.
