Applied online, recruiter contacted me within a week. 30 minute phone screen to start. Next, five 30 minute video interviews within two weeks with the hiring manager, their director, their VP, and HR business partner, one final phone call with hiring manager. Waited over a month after the final call and never heard the final decision.

Tell me what strategies you use to up-level a team? What have you done to motivate your teams? What is your philosophy on feedback? How do you manage a team in transition?
Overall process was straightforward and not overwhelming. It might have changed but I only had two formal interview sessions, outside of the initial phone screen. Offer was sent out within a week or so.

Had two rounds. Very crisp and quickly done as the HR Vasumathi was very swift in completing the process. First round involved a lot around your work experience and a few questions about Zl. The second round involved a lot of situational questions and how you handle things a CSM. They also test your core values as a CSM
