How would you justify coming under budget? (relating to the group exercise)
I firstly stand by our solutions, we came in 100K under budget. There was no other combination of solutions that we could fit in that budget anyway, and we were clear that we wanted to include one costly solution worth 2.5 million, and based our answer to the business scenario around that. In general I would say that the reality of business is that we must aware that costs rise should any problems be encountered down the line or in the application of a business solution, so coming in slightly under budget is not necessarily a bad thing, in fact, it gives us more confidence in our implementation process. It also provides good value for money from the client's perspective.
