What kinds of test phase are there?

Unit testing, integration testing, performance testing.

Nothing too tricky, as this is a graduate role. Probably the hardest was around tough situation overcome.

The soft skills questions were the usual matter-of-course uninspiring drivel, such as "Tell me about a situation where you had a problem, and you solved it" etc.

Current role, interests and experience. Standard programming concept questions. E.g. Difference between abstract and prototypical inheritance.

Why do you think Accenture is great place to develop your career ?

If something you are coding does not compile, what steps would you take?

There weren't any hard questions, some of the candidates were not computer scientists and had little experience as programmers, although they had impressive backgrounds from top universities. They were much more interested in our attitude than our skills.

What I don't like about tech. that I don't use? why?

Q. Have you used singleton design pattern? Q. Tell us about yourself, projects done etc.
