Interview
I had a friend who worked for BE and I asked her if she knew of any vacancies.
she sent her SDM my number and name and within 24hours she phoned me for an interview which lasted about 10 minutes.
She was a lovely lady who was super friendly, I passedand she asked me to meet her the next day.
I met her and it was extremely relaxed and fun. She bought me a drink and we had a lovely chat, I usually get very nervous but to my surprise I was very calm. I passed this and was told about opportunities I could go for. Overall this interview lasted an hour. She said she would call me 2 days after about store approval and an update on how I did.
2 days later she did exactly that, at the time she said she would and she had already booked me in for my store approval.
A few days after that I had my store approval and have been with the company for 4 weeks.

Interview
Teams interview online. Then in store skills test, doing makeup on someone and then you have a store approval with store manager with an interview aswell and they ask just generic questions
Called and offered a position off of being a customer, and having a professional license. Very friendly and kind and professional. Looking forward to working with them! Holiday hours then possibly a key holder

Applied online and received an ema inviting me to interview. Met face to face in a cafe. The chat was very friendly and put me at ease. Not heard back yet but only been 3 days.
