le processus se déroule en 3 étapes principale:
En premier lieu c'est un test psycho avec la responsable de recrutement et un entretien plus tard pour parler des résultats du test
Ensuite, une rencontre avec le supérieur hiérarchique
Et enfin, une rencontre avec le (futur) collaborateur direct

Interview
The interview process was smooth from beginning to the end. After the initial screening conducted by HR over the phone, I was invited for an interview with the HR BP and the manager of the team. During this phase, they focuses their questions on my experience, skills, and background, along with behavioral questions to assess my approach to problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I, then, reieved an offer.

Verschillende stappen en met verschillende persoen. Twee interviews met recruiter, enkele interviews met de hiring manager en ook gesprekken met teamleden. Heel goede opvolging en gerichte vragen. Case uitwerken en enkele testen: persoonlijkheidstest en logicatest
