ensure no lights are on in the vehicle when starting up. Start the vehicle for a period of 1 minute. Open the hood of the vehicle and identify the dipstick. Remove and clean teh dipstick and then replace and wait for approximately 30 seconds. Remove dipstick again and ensure that the line of oil is place partway between markers (normally A and B).
