They discussed my experience, the types of candidates that I have sourced and recruiting the technology and ATS systems that I have used. Types of recruiting such as RPO, Agency, Corporate, and the type of fast paced, high volume recruiting that I have done.
I answered that with no information about the role, beyond the job description, that was a difficult question to answer (if not impossible). Any candidate that gives an answer without details about alignment, SPECIFIC duties, Req load, areas serviced...is guessing.
I used to do Full Cycle Recruiting so I responded that I didn’t believe it would be a problem due to this position not requiring me to perform the same amount of steps due to them being an RPO Company and me only doing telephone interviews vs taking applicants through the entire emoloyment process.
