I always found this question every time I heard it being asked really pointless because there is no career path at Zendesk London. They will roll out an example of how a guy named Jake used to work in London but challenged the CEO one time and is now the product manager. This happened at the very start of the company and it only serves to fill you with hope you can do the same. You cant and you wont. The best you can hope for at Zendesk London is scrapping co workers for a management / team lead role.
I think the interpersonal/communication skills required are suitable to me thanks to my work history, and the technical skills required are suitable thanks to my University course, so it feels appropriate to my skills. I also live fairly locally and drive, so it doesn't require much travel time.
